Before you order, here are a few guidelines and policies I have to ensure your overall satisfaction!
By paying you agree to the following:
All orders must be made ONE MONTH in advance and paid in full.
Please advise on any changes BEFORE submitting payment. Once the payment is received, any additional changes must be submitted via email and approved by the baker and may result in additional fees depending on design and lead time given. Once you receive the invoice for your order, you have up to 3 days to complete the payment. After 3 days you must contact me to verify if I can still process your order based on my baking schedule. Once payment is recieved your order is scheduled for processing.
All of our ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance so please be mindful went placing your order. Our time is precious and so is our business
Once the product is picked up/delivered/shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. Please handle with care and keep cool area out of direct sunlight.
Should the baker need to cancel your order in the event of an emergency, all payments will be refunded immediately and the baker will do her best to refer you to a colleague who can complete your order.
Please note that as a custom baker, we are only able to accept a limited number of orders per week and therefore operate on a first paid, first served basis. We do NOT hold dates on our calendar without a paid invoice.
Jeannie’s Box is NOT a nut-free environment. Even if your order does not contain nuts or other allergens, I cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination among my products. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed. Clients are responsible for notifying me of any other dietary restrictions prior placing an order.
Order Minimum is a dozen cookies. For customized orders please contact me for a price quote (Custom Order Request).
Cookie orders are available for local pick up, by appointment (usually on Fridays), or delivery but will have an extra charge for that. Please contact me for delivery charge.
Individually bagged cookies and Platters are available for shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
I love creating new designs and having the freedom to run with my ideas. However, I also welcome custom and specific details. I always do my best to get your ideas just right. Photos, and examples are always welcome!
For orders that have a character or a company logo I wouldn’t be able to make it because of the Copyright. I can do something similar or something that can be with the same theme. Also for company logos the only way I can make one if its your own logo and you gave me a consent that I can make it. Sorry for any inconveniences.
I reserve the right to cancel an order.
All of our cookies are shipped via the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Our business is located in Raeford, NC, so local orders may arrive a bit earlier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping/arrival date. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order.
All of our cookies are individually-wrapped, nestled with bubble wrap. We put as much effort into the packaging of the cookies as we do the baking! However, cookies may occasionally crack or break (they still taste great, though!). We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping by USPS or lost orders. Please let us know if you would like to add one or two cookies to your order in case of any casualties.
We provide shipping to the U.S and Puerto Rico.
I have provided a basic visual chart and guideline above to help give you an idea of my pricing.
Every order is unique, which is why standard set prices are tricky to do. Everyone has specific requirements, colors and designs they’d like to incorporate, and as such I must price accordingly.
I try to incorporate no more than 3-4 designs per dozen. Total number of colors needed will be reflected in the total price as well.
